Cairo Citadel is a must visit place for anyone visiting Cairo, as it is not only a perfect example of a military architecture but also a good example of some domestic architecture like Royal Palaces

There's a lot to see in Cairo, and this is probably one of the best viewing areas. It amazing the history that's right under your feet here.

You feel like a king walking there, the view from the top is wonderful and the museum items and war tanks and equipment just fascinate me. A must go to check Egypt's history.
